Application
Process - Online Portion
To start the application process,
students are asked to fill out 3 online forms that identify you
and your interests. Before you start this online process,
please have the following information ready to enter:
- Your SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER (if
you have one)
- Your PASSPORT NUMBER (if you have
one) and the ISSUING COUNTRY of the passport
- The contact information for your
GUARDIAN(s) (telephone, address, etc.)
- Your top 3 choices for courses from
the COURSE LISTING, along with their COURSE CODES
When you have assembled this
information, you can start the 3-step online application process
by clicking

treats all information pertaining to students with strict
confidentiality. Information provided to The Lyceum by
students will never be disclosed to a third party. If you have any questions or issues with

Application
Process - Printed Portion
Once the online
portion of the application is submitted, you can gather and
prepare the following documentation as soon as possible or by
November 30 in order to take advantage of the early registration
discount.
1)
Two recommendations from current teachers (use the printable
form below)
2)
Official school transcripts showing all credits completed
3)
A photocopy of your most recent report card
4)
Guidance Counselor’s or Principal’s permission form
(use the printable form below)
Once
all printed materials are submitted,
the selection committee will consider both portions of your
submission (online and printed) and will inform you of the status of your
application.
